Home made ginger beer


1. Grate ginger (about 1 big stick)

2. Add in about equal amounts of sugar

3. Added in a dlob of Ale Yeast

4. Added in luke warm water

5. Covered with paper towel and left it, stirring it up every now and then

6. Put it into a juice bottle (Charlie’s juice works well because it has a wide mouth)

7. Shake, add more water (had to add lots more water and sugar to taste)

8. Keeps for ages
