My recipe for spicy garlic chicken made entirely from dried herbs and spices for convenience.
1 packet chicken thigh fillets – about 700 grams
4 teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons brown sugar
3 teaspoons chicken stock powder
3 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon hot cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1. Slice chicken into smaller strips
2. Marinade in garlic powder, chicken stock, salt and flour overnight
3. Stir fry chicken and add brown sugar. Cook until sauce thickens, but not so much that the chicken over cooks.
